    I installed 5.0 Platinum and got the "An installed driver is not compatable with Windows XP..." message. Fine.

    I then tried to run the XP update, and it says there are no compatable Roxio products installed!

    I've un-installed and re- installed several times, even in safe mode, but the update still will not install.

    I have Roxio VP5 and Nero 5.5.8.2 installed also.

    Any suggestions?

    You should'nt have easy cd creator and nero installed on the same pc they will conflict with one another. I would suggest you just stick with nero.
