  1. Hey guys, I usually use MKVTool Nix to put in subittles for anime I watch, but recently the program doesn't work. When I click and run it and as an admin, I see the icon pop up on my taskbar, but the window itself doesn;t show up and when I scroll over to see a preview of the window it's just a blank white screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as downloading older versions, but the problem still avails. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Look in the Windows Event viewer for any related message,
    Windows logs, application and system

Which version of Windows? If 10, which build?

  3. I'm using Windows 10 Pro build 17763.615. As for the event viewer, I don't seem to see any logs related to the tool.

  5. I've already tried turning off antivirus and also tried running in compatibility mode for previous Windows and it doesn't work still.

  6. 1. Try wiping settings/queue/cache. Start by deleting C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\bunkus.org\mkvto olnix-gui
    https://gitlab.com/mbunkus/mkvtoolnix/wikis/Location-of-settings,-job-queue,-cache-folder
    2. Try latest continuous build
