my digital camera makes some high quality 15-second mpg's but problem is they are nearly six megs a piece. any way I can convert these to a more web-friendly format? I'd like my family to be able to download and see them.

You can convert them to wmv (windows media video)
using Windows Media Encoder (provided FREE from Microsoft) or
convert them to Real Media using Realproducer (comerical program).Winners never quit, quitters never win. Those who never win and never quit are idiots.
