I have transferred MiniDV tapes to PC (IEEE 1394) via Scenalyzer. I then amend scenes into one larger file using VirtualDub in Direct Stream Copy mode. I would like to embed the date and time stamp with DVDate or something similar. Will this cause a loss of quality? Is there a preferred way to do this?
I appreciate any help you can offer.
