Help! How to record from this asian hard to get streaming site?

Hello. I'm having problems at trying to record the stream in this asian site called pooq.

The channel which I intend to record is in the link from below:

So far I tried to sniff the site using ublock which rendered the m3u8 as listed here but with errors

but when I try to use streamlink it gets me error that is 404 forbidden. I've also tried to use tubedigger however tubedigger was also unable to catch or record the stream digitally because it entered in a loop generating blank files and none shown any progress, in other words stuck at 0.

Does anybody can help me how to record from that site?. I really need this urgently.

Note. It may require the use of korean proxy. This latter part I was able to make it work, by using korea vpn you can watch the stream but cannot record, hence I don't know what other tool I can use. Can somebody enlighten me to this?.

You're getting forbidden because it's geo blocked. You'll need to use South Korean VPN to download it with streamlink, ffmpeg, or youtube-dl.

Using proxy will not work (tried it,still geo-blocked)

I used Korean VPN and it works. Does this counts as proxy?. Anyways with the VPN you mentioned the video stream plays fine. But I'm unable to get it work.

The only thing I obtained was the m3u8 but it renders forbidden error and from there I don't know what to do.

UPD: When you start TubeDigger you may read several tips on welcome screen, one of them is:
Download waiting for manual start is marked as 'Idle'
Therefore if you see 'Idle' status - it means several resolutions of stream were detected and you need manually to start stream of required resolution via double-click or right-click and selecting 'Start...' from popup menu.
