    I need to convert an AVI with the following info, so I can use it with TMPGEncoder, so I can convert it to mpg to burn to VCD. It opens in VirtualDub, but not TMPGEncoder, it says file unsupported. Please tell how I can do this and with what programs I need. Thanks.

    Video:
    352x176, 20,000 fps (50000 us)
    Divx 5.0.1 Codec
    Audio:
    Channels: 2 (Stereo)
    Compression: Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec
