Im looking for conversion software that meet the following requirements:

Audio passthough
Nvidia GPU acceleration
Subtitle hardcoding (burn in subs)
BT.2020 color space HDR support


I'm looking for software that can burn in subs for a 4K video and retain the HDR properties but passthrough the audio and speed up the process with my Nvidia GPU.

StaxRip/MeGui/Hybrid doesn't really matter using Vapoursynth and NVEncC they should all support this assuming you have a 10XX video card which supports your target format using the VPU.

The most interesting part might be burning the subtitles (what kind btw?). You don't want them as bright as the sun on your HDR TV.

I know Staxrip, MeGui and Hybrid will support HDR. You just have to make sure you enable all the required flags for HDR in x265 codec and input the master_display data.

Dolby Vision is not support by most containers currently, Since it requires dual layer container.
