Hi there
I have a few videos where my subtitles are now out of sync. I have tried fixing this using Subtitle Edit, but it has the annoying habit that I need to run OCR to import the subtitles, and keeps changing some of the words!
So, I have two questions. Is there a way of importing those subtitles to Subtitle Edit without making any changes, or are there any simpler alternatives?

I figured it out. My subtitles are Blu-Ray .sup. I just need to go to File/Import, and then select the Blu-Ray (.sup) section for edit, then I am able to do what I want!

Yep, I have the feeling a lot of people aren't aware of SE's so-called "SUP editor". A most welcome tool the author added.
Good you figured it out by yourself.
