I use Philips HTS5550/94 home theater system connected to a Philips Bluray player via co-axial cable. I play in Bluray and sound output happens via HTS speakers. Lately my HTS5550/94 DVD player got busted and my 5.1 speakers are lying wasted. I would like to use it again. What hardware should I be searching for to connect speakers to and connect hardware to Bluray via co-axial, so that I could avoid a DVD player in-between? Like all proprietary hardwares, Philips HTS5550/94 5.1 speakers connect to player via 5 pins. Any alternative to Philips DVD player that uses same pins? Reply awaited. Thanks in advance
