Hi,

I always need to send a email to a lot of people. I have some contact groups. And I usually need to add a few contact groups as recipients.

The problem is that different contact groups may contains some duplicated contacts. So when I add a few contact groups as recipients, there will be some duplicated recipients in the email. I need to find and remove them manually . It costs too much time.


So I wonder if there is a way to auto delete the duplicated recipients in my email before I send it. It will help me a lot as I have to send quite a few such email every working day. Thanks.

An address shouldn't get duplicate emails regardless of how many groups that address is included. At least I've never had this happen.
