I need to know how to turn off the display on the apex 1200s. I have five of the units (yes, 5) that I'm using for a multi-channel video installation, yet each time the player moves to a new title there is a small "play" at the top left of the screen. I just can't have this. Does anyone know how to turn it off? The display button on the remote won't do it, nor do I see anything in the menu indicating how to do this.
Any help is appreciated - thanks.
(all dvds are dvd-rs made with dvdsp, containing multiple titles...)

I know this can't be that tough of a question to answer!
Can anyone give me a workaround for this problem?
Thanks -
I don't mean to be to pushy about this, but I've tried everything under the sun to figure this out - and the apex support people haven't answered my emails.... There's nothing in the manual (just the normal 'how-to-turn-off-the-display-for-timecode/time-remaining/etc' and those don't fix my problem) and no other buttons on the remote operate the display features.
As I said before, these units will be used for a public exhibition, and having anything other than my video on the screen will be distracting...
Please let me know if anyone can help...
thanks
