I must be missing something, I can't select an output folder when batch converting to .mkv with subtitles, when I navigate to the folder nothing shows in the window. I have all .srts named the same as their respective .mp4s.
After opening the folder and scanning the .mp4s the subtitles tab shows one entry only 'Foreign Audio Scan'. Does this mean each subtitle will be applied to its respective .mp4? Does un-ticked burn in result in soft subs? Do I need to modify any settings here?
Any help appreciated, John.

Thanks for the reply. May be one day the developers will add that feature. I often use XMedia Recode but prefer HandBrake.
