hey' i'v edited a video with pixilze areas like the video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJRNCThSTWY

its working fine' but when i'm exporting the project the pixilize area is all the video' what can i do??

That kind of thing has to be "Composited", or "Layered", then flattened at render. Using a "Mask". The mask would probably be a white full circle, in a PNG format with transparency.

To get the white circle to follow a face, you need to use "Keyframe Animation".
