How to download softsubs from shared Google drive video? (Only view able)

Hi,

I need your help to download subtitles from a Google drive shared video which is only view able to me. I am able to download the video but the downloaded video doesn't have the subtitles with it which is normally appearing on the video when I stream it within Google drive.

Is there any way I could download the subtitle file from this video because I want to watch the video offline as it doesn't stream very smoothly. Thanks
