Subtitle arabic and cut movie

I am Habib from egypt..
so i don't speed very well>> sorry

i need merge Subtitle and movie in one file and after merge cut Sections sexual in movie So that watch them with family Because our tradition and our habits prevent us from viewing such sections

i was useing {MKVToolNix GUI} to merge sub and movie but cut movie by {Avidemux}, {VirtualDub} ,{Free Video Editor} subtitle not found
and i try make this operation by {StaxRip} but i cant use and Understood

please i need help
i need make operation and save movie as original type and frame

Why append? He wants to merge movie and subtitle.

As I understand OP:

The video and subtitles are merged (muxed). He wants to cut out scenes and keep subtitles in sync. Hence append the parts to keep.

I think you may have missed that mkvmerge can do select multiple ranges and put them into a single file in a single operation. Then appending is superfluous.

For example: 00:00:30-00:01:00,+00:02:00-00:03:00
The "+" tells mkvmerge that it should not open a new file.
