Hello,
I muxed m2v with PCM WAV in mkvtoolnix, the 8GB mkv plays off USB on my Blu-ray recorder, but if I add chapters in mkvtoolnix and try to play again it says cannot play the file.
I'm not sure if this is because of my Blu-ray recorder or maybe I'm doing something wrong when making the chapters in mkv toolbox.
I filled in the start/end times and then selected 'save to mkv' and clicked the mkv already on the HD.
Any ideas what could be be problem?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Wild guess:
1) your Blu-Ray device does not support chapters in Matroska files,
OR
2) you need to add special command-line options to MKVmerge, such as:
Code:--engage no_chapters_in_meta_seek
