    Hi,

    I added chapters using Drax software to a .mp4 movies that I have created.
    The chapters aren't showing in the movie player(s) when I played the saved movie (.mp4) with chapters.
    The .mp4 was originally encoded with windows movie maker.
    Could someone help please?

    If you use MediaInfo (view -> Text) are the chapters shown?

    I tried VLC player. I was able to view the chapters in VLC plalyer but not in WMP. I am on Windows 10. Is there a way to enable the feature in WMP so I can view the chapters?
    Please let me know.
