i am looking for a free mp4 cutter joiner

hi it is my 1st time in this forum. unlike AVI, mp4 editing is my 1st time also.

i just tried "freevideocutterjoiner v.106.exe" and this software comes with relevantknowledge malware that can not be uninstalled. it took several hours to restore the points. but i installed the nasty freevideocutterjoiner.exe, because i have no other mp4 cutters.

first, i am looking for a software for mp4 cutter and joiner , what other mp4 cutters do you recommend?
hopefully it is a free version.
if not.. can you add some few words for your recommending mp4 cutters?
