Problem backup 3D Blu-ray Movies!!

Dear Friends,

I tried to backup my 3D Blu-ray Movies with Dvdfab latest version but creating the image stuck in the middle of disc while i tired the other 2D disc from the same package and completed successfully.

I tried the same but with Blue cloner diamond latest version also but the image completed successfully but when i tried to play it on the LG stand alone bluray player the screen freeze in the middle of the movies.

It seems that the problem happened when switching from the layer 1 to layer 2 although these didn't happen with 2D disc!!!

Anybody have any idea ?

Get a replacement disc.

A few things to check - 1: see if there's a firmware or a driver update for your computer's
Blue Ray drive. 2: check your graphics card for latest driver updates.
In dvdfab click - common settings - av codec and switch everything to software and try
The disc again.

The image completed and working fine

But i have a question, the copy didn't have the main menu

How i can let DVDFAB copy all content of the disc?

You will need to slect the full disc option.
