Blu-ray: How do you backup just the extras?

I've seen a lot of programs designed to backup the main movie. Are there any programs that'll let me backup just the extras (documentaries and the like)?

(I can watch the shows on Netflix, I buy discs for the extras.)

The easiest method I have found is to use VidCoder and look for smaller files after the main movie listing. The ones longer than 2 minutes or so are usually the extras. If I want to check them for content, I use VSO Media Player to view them and see their length as it shows all the titles on the BD disc, including extras and the shorter previews and warning screens.
