Batch Convert Videos with Higher Clip Speed

Hi

I have ongoing sets of mp4 and avi videos that I need to convert. All I need is that they have a higher clip speed after converted (150% or 1.5x) with audio not messed up.

Who knows a program where I can batch convert like this?

So you want to go from like 30 frames per second to 45 fps or similar? That will mess up the audio.

You might explain exactly what you mean by a 'higher clip speed' and maybe give an example of that.
And why would you want to increase the speed?
