    These are my settings for a 720p mkv encode under picture options, but what is the bottom Three lines? Do i leave them blank?

    display Width:
    par Width:
    par height:

    Just select Anamorphic: None and you don't have to worry about the Display width and PAR. Because your source is PAR:1/1 and you are resizing to same Aspect ratio.
