Need to get a download of a documentary on J.P. McCarthy (aired on DPTV)

It aired recently on Detroit Public TV (PBS Detroit) and it is being replayed again later tonight in Detroit, but I need a download of the on-demand video stream that can be found in the attached link:

I had tried a couple of days ago to make a download on my end but abandoned the attempt after a few hours of futility.
