    I'm trying to create chapters for my VCD using VCDeasy, and following the guide posted at this site, but I can't get the window where I can set the start and end Offset for the first part of my movie. The guide said that I have to right click in order to get the popup menu, but when I do that the import chapters window doesn't appear...

    If you know what I'm doing wrong, please help....

    When you right-click in the correct area, a menu should pop up that looks like the one here: http://forum.vcdhelp.com/images/guides/84327/03_chapters.png

    Just make sure you are selecting the correct mouse button and you're picking the right area of the window.
