I have got a divx file with AC3 5 channel sound, I am converting it to put onto a DVDR, but cant get the audio from the divx.
I have tried vdub using both Direct Stream Copy and Full Processing Mode.
In 1 of them (cant remember which one), I get a file of the correct length, but it only has 2 channels in it.
The other way, give me an audio file that was very choppy and jerky (I didnt think to see how many channels it had).
Is there a definate way to do this?
I have also tried using a program called decompress.exe (I think its part of vdub) to convert the audio from compressed to uncompressed, this gave me a 2 channel video.
cheers
