I am using MakeKMV to rip some of my DVD collection to my network drive that is connected to my TV, most discs convert well but a few usually 16:9 films, end up really small on the TV screen with a thick black border around the image, are there any settings in MakeMKV to correct this, or do I have to convert the video file to another screen size......?![]()

Handbrake seems to be the best option, but Im not experienced in using it to make adjustments, how do I set Handbrake to adjust the screen size to 16:9.....so that it looks a good fit on my TV, I do realise I can "zoom" in on the TV but id rather convert the original video file to play in the correct size.
