Update: Creating individual chapters using Leawo program

Hello,

Since I found out I can't make individual chapters (every 10 minutes or so) with Leawo's Total Media Converter Ultimate program,is there a program out there that will, as well as have a deinterlacing feature if needed? Any suggestions? Is there a program where you can take the BDMV files and add your own chapter marks and create your own title menu?
