In this age of entitlement, when every kid gets a trophy for just showing up, there is not enough good criticism in the world. Criticism is a valuable tool against mediocrity. We need more of it, and people should be grateful for it. It will force people of character to learn more, work harder, and do better; and it will crush the spirits of spineless wussies, making them less likely to foist any more of their crap work on the rest of us.
