  2. It's difficult to say exactly what was used just by looking at it - but BBC primarily uses Adobe now for in-house productions (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) , although some FCPX and Avid MC seats are still used.

    But it can be done in almost any editing software , it's just that some of the graphical elements are easier to control in programs like After Effets
