The site is all fake and is used in a Viral marketing campain for Paltalk. It was made by Vansken Culture Buzz as discribed in an interview on Fox http://www.culture-buzz.com/blog/Fox-News-Paltalk-s-Campaign-by-Vanksen-TV-USA-1816.html
