Need help taking vocals off a song!

My brothers getting married in september and I've decided instead of doing a speech (because im generally rubbish at them) i'm going to do a rap over Fresh Prince of Bel Air with my own lyrics about the couple. I was looking to see if anyone was capable of removing the vocals to the intro version of the song so I could just use the backing tracking.

Use the whole instrumental version and edit out what you don't use.
Removing vocals or "something" from song has roughly a 99% failure rate, unless of course you send it to Abby at NCIS.
