Batch converting FLV to MP4?

I want to convert many flv-Files to MP4, but still looking for a comfortable programm

Handbrake always encode only the first file to mp4, at 2nd and all following files it output m4v, dunno why

I tried format factory and it outputs mp4-files which causes errors in my videocut-prog Videoredo

Could anyone tell me hich proggy can do it simple?

If the command line is comfortable enough, use ffmpeg in a FOR loop.

If not, try TEncoder (a multi-threaded batch GUI for ffmpeg/mencoder).

Still, ffmpeg is not really famous for writing complete MP4 containers; you may have to re-multiplex them all with MP4Box.
