Hi, I have a Toshiba SD-210E DVD Player,
and I've been trying forever to play VCDs and SVCDs and 95% are out of synch, I have read in the compatability section that this player can play those, but usually needs a firmware upgrade.
So, does anybody know where I can find firmware upgrades to do it myself?
I've been searching quite a lot and nothing.
any help on the matter would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Orion.

Mine's fine with VCD's, but so far the svcd's I've tried all have the audio about 1 second constantly behind the video. I'm capturing with MMC7.6, and coding with Nero. My prob may be something to do with the fact that Nero has to reencode the mp2 files to appropriate SVCD files, so I need to find a way of capturing straight to normal mpeg.
Hope it's not a 'feature' of the 210e, though I believe it can be fixed if it's a constant lag (though it defeats my intentions of capturing and burning to cd in the quickest and easiest manner possible!)
