  1. Hellowwww,

Hi there, i have a Pioneer A-03 DVD burner. And i want to put 4 or 5 DIVX movies on a DVD. I first convert them to VCD MPGES with TMPENC, then author menus with ULEAD Movie Factory. And then Create an Image of a 4.3 GB big VCD.

Only now the problem comes: "the vcd/svcd video cannot record to a DVD media. Please insert a blank CD-R or CD-RW media and try again."

How can a make a very big VCD?

    Please help!

    thanx

Is VCD on DVD in any way defined as standard?Maybe you should convert your footage to DVD format !?
Or does such thing as VDVD exists? I don't think so.

  3. DVD spec will allow you to add a VCD to DVD but not DVD MovieFactory. YOu have to encode your video in mpeg 2 to get DVDMF to accept the file. You can use VCD resolution and Video Data Rate (I believe it will accept 1150, its been a while) but encode your file in mpeg 2.
