Hey guys, I don't know if this belongs here or not and I am a newbie with Movie Studio Platinum 12.0
I have a problem with the "Audio being out of sync after rendering" This is a very common issue that I've seen on the internet, but I can't seem to find a solution for it.
I.'m using this program primarily for Youtube and basically I.'m uploading my videos in the format "Internet 1920x1080" ( It comes in such amazing quality)
Here are the settings I use
MP4 (AVC/AAC) file for progressive internet downloads.
Audio: 192 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, AAC
Video: 29.970 fps, 1920x1080 Progressive, YUV, 12 Mbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000
In the actual program, everything including audio is in Sync, but after rendering it to my drive and even youtube, the video is out of sync.
People's solutions have been to move the audio in the timeline section. But that's not going to work either. Are there any ways to fix this out of sync issue? Anything to do with the preferences or options?
Let me know if I need to give more information, thanks!

Have you tried export it in any format? Stilll sync issues?
Is your video sources 29.97fps? -
Honestly, since I am still new to it I don't really know how to check or change formats. I did however found something called MediaArea and its suppose to tell you the media info. This is what came out of it. Also to get better visuals though you can check on this video, I have on there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-suumgLXiM I had a lot of people say the audio is out of sync and at times I don't see it. But this is all the info and hope it helps.

The frame rate looks ok.
Frame rate mode : Constant
Frame rate : 29.970 fps
Have you checked that the source has NO sync issues? -
As far as from what I can tell it looks fine. Here is info before I rendered it as well. I do see it as Frame rate mode :Constant and Frame rate:30.000 fps could the issue be that it is at 30.000 fps? And not 29.97 fps? Also is there a difference to 29.970 fps to 29.97? I think I can custom set it if I have to, I am using Xsplit Broadcaster to record btw.
