I'm trying to find the best solution to fit a 23 minute video on a 80Min CD-R. I captured the video with my DC30 (756x576) from a perfect pal vhs tape. What is the best solution ?!?
Mpeg2, 720x576, and the bitrate ?!?
Mpeg2, 480x576, and the bitrate ?!?
other possibilities ?!?
It would be better if the final result is standard (ex.: svcd, miniDVD).
And, finally, is it better to use CCE SP (how do i get it ?!?) or TMPGenc ?!? I want the best result !!!!!!
Thanx by now for helping me!!!!
