HD DVD Audio Out of Sync

I ripped an HD DVD (The Sting) to my hard drive and made an mkv. For the video, I encoded it to h.265 and the audio was already in e-ac3, so I left that untouched. The audio is slightly out of sync. Probably not more than 100 ms. I know that I can set the delay in MMG. My question is how do I figure out that delay? Is there an application I use to read the HD DVD and find the correct delay? I would just like to know how some of the people with more experience here would go about fixing it.

If you play the mkv using VLC or MPC, you can adjust the delay during playback.
Note the delay and use that value
In VLC it's the 'j' or 'k' keys;in MPC it's the '+' or '-' on the keypad.

Thanks, I was hoping there was some kind of way of finding the data on the disc. This will work though.
