Creating Video CD using Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.2

I have some AV Sequences i.e. AVSEQ01....13.DAT Files that i copied onto
my HDD from a VCD. Now i want to make a Video CD which can be played on VCD players. How do i do this? The problem i am currently faced with is that the VIDEO CD CREATOR module of Roxio EASY CD CREATOR is asking for .MPG files as Source, but i have the original DAT files copied directly from other VCD's.

I have not preserved the directory structure or the files of the original VCD i.e. the VCD, MPEGAV, SEGMENT.... folders etc. except for the DAT files.
