Which '4:3' aspect is correct in TMP?

I've only done widescreen DVD>VCD so far, and I'm doing my first fullscreen movie. DVD2AVI reports the movie aspect ratio as 4:3 . My question is, in TMPGEnc, which source aspect ratio is the best one to use? I'm dealing with NTSC. My choices are:

4:3 525 line (NTSC)
4:3 525 line (NTSC, 704x480)
4:3 Display

I don't know which is the best/correct setting. Also I haven't changed the Video Arrange Method from what it was (Full screen keep aspect ratio), should I?
