Blah.. nice set of rules. Kinda drowns out the UI. Ahhmm, to the ?.
When converting from .avi to mpeg.. what file size should the .avi be? What size will it turn out to be when converted to mpeg(1or2). I have a slow ass comp.. so I figured I'd ask ya'll pro's first.. before troubleshooting.

The avi can be anything depending on frame size and compression used. The same goes for mpeg files.
1 minute VCD file = 10Mbytes
1 minute SVCD file = 20Mbytes
1 minute DVD file (@4Mbits/sec) = 40Mbytes
AVI files will be 10 to 100 times larger depending on what compression you used.
