What's the difference between MPEG Track and a Segment? Why would I build a track and not a segment? Does WinOnCd 3.8 supports Segments?

Mpeg tracks are seperate tracks on the cd. They're found in the mpegav folder. Segments are in the first iso track of the cd. They are found in the segment folder. Use segments for menu backgrounds, stills and seperate audio. Use sequences (tracks) for movies.
