WinDVD panel keeps appearing in fullscreen!

Hello.,
I have a problem with WinDVD 11.
I'm watching a movie in full screen, and the player panel keeps appearing out of the blue!
I don't know what to do! It's very irritating!
and i can't find anything similar in the net.
WinDVD is my last chance because i have other problmes with powerDVD and TotalMedia theatre, and now this!

One year after this thread, and I had to go back to using winDVD for some certain Blurays (because i have problems with other players).
Although those problems are solved, I still have this problem with the panel popping up every now and then..

Does anyone have the same problem and knows a solution for this?

Ok, I think I got it!!

I restricted WinDVD from connecting to the internet, from my antivirus software.
I watched 2 episodes of Star Trek TOS from the Blurays, and didn't do it once. (while earlier, it did it like 10-15 times in a 50minute single episode)
