    At https://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks/panasonic-dmp-bd80/10079 I found some codes but they require a special remote control, that isn't even for sale anymore anywhere that I found (nor was a viable alternative for this remote mentioned in the thread). I wonder if the same codes (or equivalent) could be entered using the normal remote control that came with the device. Any help here would be great.

    If they mention the use of a special remote, likely not. In any event, feel free to test for yourself.
