I tried to burn an mpg (high quality) as a Video CD and WinONCD told me the file had an invalid muxerrate and could not be used for a VCD.
I know you can convert AVIs, but I never heard of problems which seemingly normal mpg files, so is there any way to convert this mpg so it can be burned as a VideoCD?
If yes how and which tool to use?
Help appreciated.
