Can someone suggest good de-interlacing setup for dvd conversion to avi/mp4?
I'm using handbrake to convert most of my dvd collection but recently I have issues with few older, interlaced dvd's.
Tried "decomb - fast" option in handbrake - no use,
also tried "deinterlace - fast and slow" and got stuttering video.
Is there a better way/setup for ripping and converting interlaced dvd? Maybe other software than handbrake?

You should provide a 10 second sample of a video that's giving you problems. Maybe it wasn't shot on video and maybe deinterlacing isn't the correct thing to do. If your name is any indication and if it's anime you're working with, then deinterlacing it is the wrong way to handle it.
No one can or should have to guess what you have.
