I have to buy a shotgun microphone

Hello People,I'm italian and I don't speak English very well but I hope you understand me.
So, I have to buy a shotgun microphone, I already have the videomic pro (rode) and now I would upgrade.

Thank you for the specifications and for the link, however, I use the microphone for video and i want the upgrade beacuse I would like more sound quality. Ah! I film making with Dslr (650D Canon)

Look at some of the Rode products on the BH site. You will find what you think you want.

Mic placement and mic type are crucial to getting good sound. A good quality microphone stuck on top of a camera will certainly reduce handling noise, but the overall quality will be only marginally better than canon's built-in microphone.
