  4. There's no automatic voice translation software, if that's what you're asking.

Unless you come across a Hindi audio track version of the movie, not likely you will need dual audio. A few movies are released with multiple audio tracks. You would have to research this.

More commonly, you may be able to find Hindi subtitles and add these to the movies.

As for creating dual audio tracks for a movie, depends on the movie format. Probably MKV or Divx/Xvid for most downloads. Try AVIDemux.

    And welcome to our forums.

If this is what I think it is, OP may be one among an absolutely square crowd, some of whom I've met, who assume that a movie in english whose audio is passed through some black box, is output on-the-fly instantly, conveniently, and colloquially correct in another desired language. Though I explain that whatever other languages are there are dubs contained in selectable separate audio tracks, I wonder if, in the future, such a black box can actually be invented. Imagine: one can now speak, and hear, in english while the other party speaks and hears swahili, in real-time, sounding like real speech...
For the nth time, with the possible exception of certain Intel processors, I don't have/ever owned anything whose name starts with "i".
