    Does anyone know a free ISO image editor like UltraISO, PowerISO, MagicISO, etc?

    WinISO isn't free. Version 5.3 is free, but only the ISO Maker portion of the program and it does not support DVD, only CD.

    I normally use UltraISO, and I never tried this freeware:

    Check it out, if it works for your needs.
