mkv sound problem

Have an .mkv and the sound is breaking/stuttering/comes and goes when i play on tv through the LG BD350. Plays on PC. This one will give subs from an srt on the TV. here is media info

what is wrong with that. Does it affect sound? video is fine

it doesn't play on devices not designed for it. slows and speeds up video, audio can't be played correctly.

mmm my tv has played other vfr with sound intact
Edit the new version is an avi works on tv sound fine. thanks
