That's impressive to say the least, anyone who has tried current frame recreation techniques know it's impossible to do without morphing artefacts, depending on the situation.
I wonder if they're using graphic cards capabilities to calculate the motion vectors or a special algorithm*** DIGITIZING VHS / ANALOG VIDEOS SINCE 2001**** GEAR: JVC HR-S7700MS, TOSHIBA V733EF AND MORE -
Don't know of that software is available to the public. And I notice that their HD samples on link in post #1 sure doesn't look like HD to me.
